We'll start with a few troubleshooting steps and if the issue is not resolved then you can submit a ticket for our team to review your transaction.

NOTE: Our bridge works best on desktop / laptop chrome browsers. Support for additional browsers is coming soon.
1. Your tokens are never lost. If you have conducted a swap successfully and have not withdrawn those tokens yet, please switch your network to the destination network and click on Withdrawals on the top right to find your transaction.
2. Lastly, click on "Withdrawal Item" button to proceed with the withdrawal.
